This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of ShipSaaSKit, a digital product operated by Softopiax ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product — No Refunds
ShipSaaSKit is a digital product delivered as access to a private GitHub repository containing the full source code. Once access is granted, you can view, clone, and copy the entire codebase.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once repository access has been provided.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will receive immediate access to the source code.
- Once the code is accessible, it cannot be "returned" as with physical goods.
- You have reviewed the product description, features, and documentation before purchasing.
2. Exception: Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
The only exception to our no-refund policy applies to verifiable payment errors:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Incorrect amounts: If you were charged a different amount than what was displayed at checkout.
If you believe a payment error occurred, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@shipsaaskit.com with:
- Your account email address.
- The transaction ID or payment receipt.
- A description of the issue.
We will review your request and, if a payment error is confirmed, process a correction to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@shipsaaskit.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate payment issues quickly.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the immediate revocation of your repository access and license.
